Happy Memorial Day, a day for remembering and then enjoying friends and family. (It is also my anniversary observed we are on 14 years together! We try to “celebrate our love all the year long” so mostly we just celebrate memorial day with a bit of extra special care.)
Grandpa came over and I caught a bit of him and Ares before it was time for Ares to go to bed.

susanoh, m, i love this so much. not just the two of them, but the way you shot this with the sun flare! it makes it instantly nostalgic :) it’s the way i, and probably lots of other adults, remember things, you know? memories from our childhood. remembering the bright sun and the wind and everything is a little hazy. just like this video. :) you’re doing a great job with that flip; i need to take mine out of my bag. lol.
