    My name is Melissa Squires.. What I do is to capture frames of you that show your real true inner shining rock star self. It isn’t about being someone else, dressing some certain way and you don't need any secret sauce, you are what makes YOU and wonderful and interesting and special. My images reflect the beauty, joy, and inner soul of my subjects, and the moments they inhabit.. these images are forever.

    Photography is how I express myself, how I see, how I celebrate who we are today.

    My son is my breath and my husband is my life. I will be quite satisfied when I am 80 if I have loved them well and taken some amazing photographs along the way.

There was Xena and Buffy but before both of them it was the X Files, my heart broke the day I left the theater after watching the first movie that totally 100% screwed up the mythology and lead the show on a destruction path which culminated in taking Fox Mulder off the show… honestly I have NEVER seen an episode that David Duchovny wasn’t in…

I am so going to see the new movie and it better not suck, seriously, my heart cannot be broken again. I have the coolest friend and most awesome photo Susan Sabo coming in from LA the weekend it’s released and she’s maybe MORE of a phile then I am so we are totally going to have to see it together!
