this weekend we got to go to a birthday party at the airport bowl, I had the pleasure of photographing an eight month old heart stealer named Jasper,I reached the home stretch in catching up on albums and the last wedding of 2008,I finally took some images of the new gallery albums we offer (and will share soon), I read a book, we had dinner with our oldest best friend and our newest celebrating what will soon be a family of three, I am feeling dear friends that I am catching up and I am thinking I can sense the new year and what she will bring, some changes and some familiar things temporarily forgotten and now picked up again. I am also thinking I must do an engagement session in a bowling ally this year… any takers?

I am so blessed and I refuse to take it for granted even for a moment!

Heres just a few pictures of my Bean, we had the weather this last week so every chance we got we used it, kite flying and puddle jumping at the top of our list!

Jumping was just as much fun as watching the kite!

His hair is as long as mine! He says he wants to grow it down to his butt lol.. we’ll see how long it gets, but it’s totally up to him, I love it.

I’ll be away for a few days hosting not one but TWO OneLight Workshops. Zach Arias (check out his new blog it’s great) will be here and I won’t be as available as I usually am (I’ll try to check my email and get back but may do a lot of catchup on Friday). The camera was a crazed lucky spur of the moment ebay bit of destiny and I adore it, it’s nice to just see the simple things through a new eye

Make sure no matter how you do it, as the weather turns and the sky opens up take a few moments to enjoy it.
