Stuart is a great guy, a gifted musician and actor.  He’s going to do great things. Here are a few frames from our session this fall.

Lizz’s senior portraits were only shot a few weeks ago, right as fall was tipping the leaves and the weather was so warm it was hard to believe summer was over.  Wishing her the most amazing final year of school and an even more amazing journey as she moves into the next chapter of her story.

Dream big, it’s the best advice for a senior (well for all of us anytime) but at graduation it’s the most important.  Know we can accomplish what we set out to accomplish, however big our dreams… I have no doubt that Jordan will accomplish anything she sets her mind to, and I suspect, much much more she hasn’t even dreamed of yet.  She wanted to explore Detroit, see what we could find, find art where others might not see the potential.  I think we did just that.

I want each senior I photograph to be able to express who they are and who they are becoming.  I think Emily needs no coaching on this, she is truly genuine and it was a joy to share the day celebrating her graduation.

Mercedez met me up at the studio on one of the warmest, loveliest days I’ve ever seen in November.  We shot in and around my studio and it was pretty cool exploring new places. All in all a gorgeous day for a gorgeous senior!
