I told a friend and client today that I had a couple new frames of Ares I loved but I didn’t want to over do the blog with my bean. Her reply, “I like them, you can’t overdo it I don’t think” which made me feel great and so I am sharing my bean, taken the other night after swim lessons. I love this end of the day light, the light after daylight but before dark is called the gloaming.

sean and danielle wedding

Sean has been our best friend since we met many years ago. When he introduced us to Danielle she immediately became part of our family of friends. We had no doubt the night we met her that she and Sean were perfect for each other, we loved her for that immediately and than got to know and loved her for her amazing self as well. When they announced they were getting married at an intimate wedding at Sean’s family cabin in the Michigan woods we couldn’t imagine a better spot. It was beautiful, sweet and a lot of fun. Congratulations Sean and Danielle we love you so.

Bridget is reworking her website (I can’t wait to introduce it to you all when it’s up) she does amazing floral creations! We went out for an arty day not too long ago (the art museum was the first stop) and I captured some frames for her. I forget how fun headshots can be, isn’t she so lovely!

a boudoir session is something really wonderful. they are quite often surpises for partners, sometimes they are treats for the women themselves, always I hope to make them a celebration of who we are as women, to celebrate who we are as individuals and to celebrate our beauty inside and out.

trae and daniel engaged

I’ve been looking forward to this session since I met Trae and Daniel at another wedding a year ago (was it longer than that Trae) The wedding is coming up so quickly and I cannot wait for that either. We had the most beautiful day and we started off right where Daniel planned on proposing. A really adorable little “village” in Northville
