It’s getting busy, so many things to blog and share and I’m working at getting weddings processed and out to the brides and grooms who we celebrate everyday here.  I have portrait sessions to share as well, but I wanted to just take a moment and remember it’s spring, and mothers day was fabulous, my bean made me three cards and a puppet, I got extra cuddles Sunday and no complaining about to many hugs :)  I am still taking photographs everyday of the people I love around me and the in between moments.. here are a few of them from the last few weeks.  thank you spring, hello summer.

Oh and I discovered a new blog today I wanted to share with my photographer friends it’s called Ground Glass and I have identified and agreed with 99% of the things I’ve read on it so for, brilliant and heartfelt… so nice to see a kindred soul out there doing what they do for what of course I think are the right reasons (since they are the same as mine lol)… you must check it out :)

It was total synchronicity that Nicole and Rich and I were able to set up a time while I was in New York for just two days and I was able to have the distinct pleasure of photographing their engagement session!  They are getting married next year! Nicole and I have stayed in contact on fb since her friend Rhona and Justin’s wedding, was it two years ago already??  I’ve gotten to know her online and loved getting to know her better in real life (she is an amazing and wonderful person! So is Rich for that matter!)

It was beyond fabulous meeting you on your home turf and getting to see you both right on the same spot that Rich proposed!  Yay NYC, Yay Nicole and Rich, Yay love!!!

My favorite of course, I cannot deny, was his calling me “wildly talented” it made my heart flutter, thank you Mr Bailey for making my day, week.. maybe month :)

Okay I am not sure I need to say much for this post, beautiful family and of course this crazy cute little Alice..  Their new kitchen was pretty far out too, I knew the second I saw that sink the baby needed to get in there.  So we played outside and she got her first bath in the sink and I’m so happy to have been there to capture it all.

I say this every time I shoot a boudoir session but I cannot help  it, to be able to help women show their inner beauty while at the same time allowing them to shine outwardly is something I’m so very proud of.  Christine wanted to do something for her and her boyfriends anniversary and she told me she wanted something he would love but something she would love as well.. that’s where I came in, because while I shoot sexy and sensual boudior images, I don’t think about the man very much who is receiving them, I focus on the woman and what she will enjoy…  how she want’s to be seen and what will make her finally believe in her own beauty and sexiness… Here are a few that can be shared online from Christine’s session.  She shines.
