A week from last Monday I was scheduled to photograph Archer’s newborn session. Â But Sunday I got an email from his mom that they were in the NICU, they weren’t sure what was happening, he was having a little breathing issue, so to be safe and sure he was being watched at the hospital. Â I can’t imagine how hard it would be to not know exactly what was happening with a brand new little, and I asked if I could come up for a newborn session part one, when he’s older and his mom and dad tell him the story about how he came to the world and how they sat with him the week of his life and how loved and special he is, I wanted there to be some pictures for him to see how much his mom and dad adored him the moment they met him. Â He is home now, and all is well thank goodness. Tomorrow I photograph him with his brother and sisters. Â I’m so looking forward to it. Â Still it was so beautiful to see the nurses taking such good care of him and his mom and dad, steadfastly there by his side, telling him it was all going to be okay. Â I’m really proud to share these few frames.
That still has to be my favorite place I worked. The team is amazing! St. Joes NICU love, where I had the best job ever as a baby gardner, feeding and growing babies so they can get home!
Oh , these are beautiful .i wish I would have had Quinn’s taken . The nursing staff was simply the best and I love seeing the progress of these little ones . Archer is so handsome .
